Admissions

Admissions in to any COSMOS campus is a competitive process. We strongly recommend you give your application careful thought and pay close attention to details such as spelling, complete names, etc. The UC Davis COSMOS program receives hundreds of qualified applicants and a decision may come down to your response to a short answer question, or timeliness of submitting your application materials.

The 2012 COSMOS application period will open February 1 and close March 1. You can check your application status online at the COSMOS Statewide website.

If you are not admitted, please don't be discouraged. It is inevitable that we cannot admit all qualified applicants. In 2011 UC Davis received 775 applications for 200 spots - it is simply not possible to admit all qualified students.
