Admissions

Admissions in to any COSMOS campus is a competitive process. We strongly recommend you give your application careful thought and pay close attention to details such as spelling, complete names, etc. The UC Davis COSMOS program receives hundreds of qualified applicants and a decision may come down to your response to a short answer question, or timeliness of submitting your application materials.

The 2009 COSMOS application period is now closed. You can check your application status online at the COSMOS Statewide website.

If you are not admitted, please don't be discouraged. It is inevitable that we cannot admit all qualified applicants. In 2009 UC Davis received 832 applications for 200 spots. So, as you can see it is just not possible to admit all qualified students.
